Milano Food Project is a new reality born to give voice to tiny-scale producers, bonding a direct contact between those who produce, and those who consume.
It collects food stories and brings unknown products into the city, through a range of dinners and other events. It wants people to be curious, linking food storytelling with the almost extinct raw material that needs to be preserved. With no superfluities: the way it is, the spirit of what we call food.
Milano Food Project launches the hashtag #whofeedsme to sensitize to the reality of the food world: the importance of food sources, both the place and the hands that have produced it.
