Milazzo & Partners was founded in 2010 by Ugo Milazzo, after many years as a partner in leading international law firms. The Firm, with professionals with extensive expertise in civil law, in commercial and corporate matters, advises Italian and international clients. The Firm has extensive expertise on litigation matters, offering its clients specialized representation in court proceedings and in out-of-court negotiations. The Firm also has extensive experience in M&A and Real Estate transactions.
