About Mild Dry

The MILD-DRY project will deliver a novel variable frequency microwave-assisted vacuum drying system by combining the benefits of both microwave and vacuum drying methods. In order to bridge the gap between laboratory research and industrial application, MILD-DRY will develop a prototype system for its validation in commercial food drying facilities.
