Currently base in the Lower Hudson Valley region of NY, I've service support that spans both regionally and nationally Spanning an array of platforms from Fortune 500 corporations to innovative fast casual and QSR concepts, multi-unit operations, food manufacturing/commissary sites and food technology within virtual kitchen/food hall spaces. This journey, both thoughtful and hard-earned, culminated in founding Mile 91 LLC - an agile business optimization platform focused on development, project management, and operational innovation to elevate the spaces brands occupy. This expertise encompasses C-suite level ownership, systems strategy, culinary arts, guest experience, finance, development, design, construction, supply chain, logistics, and technology.
