As a certified Coach, I partner with clients to navigate all types of leadership, career & life changes, and as we know, the only constant in life is change. Whether it’s a new job, a new Manager, becoming a Leader, growing as a Leader, moving into the C-Suite, shifting careers, re-entering the workforce, dealing with a job loss, a relocation, a re-invention…you get it, the list goes on and on. Personally, I have experienced a lot of change in my life and career, and understand how hard it is to navigate it alone. Working with a Coach who can be an objective, non-judgmental listener (and head cheerleader), is a gift, and it is what most clients need to get clarity, to move forward with a plan to live a more fulfilling & satisfying whole life. Many clients are trying to do it all, and sometimes lose track of what is important to them and what they want out of their life. I work with individuals from a variety of professions, industries and job levels from C-suite to emerging talent. The common thread in my coaching is the client wants to make a change, big or small, and they need support on their journey, to better understand what is holding them back and to create a plan with accountability to move them forward.
