Milestones Project

Mental Health is taken on from many different perspectives, ours comes from outside. We believe that there are many answers to this difficult problem and for some outdoor recreation is one of those. Our goal is to bring the opportunity of outdoor recreation to as many people as possible, helping them discover new ways to overcome the difficulties of anxiety and depression. If you can change one persons perspective you can change their whole world.
