Milifix is an established and fast-growing recruitment agency, operating in the building and construction industry. We champion Ex-Forces personnel and make it our aim to support those who have served. The Milifix team works closely with both the Career Transition Partnership, Building Heroes, The Armed Forces covenant and specialist Ex-Forces recruitment companies to provide a seamless transition for our Ex-Forces personnel from military life into civilian employment. We do this for 2 reasons; First we believe that when our Forces personnel decide to leave the Services they should be given every opportunity to find employment without prejudice or bias. Second, like our clients we respect and value the unique qualities and abilities of those who have served. Our team of Ex-Forces tradesmen are handpicked and work alongside our non-military professionals to gain in experience through a mentoring programme. We recognise that experience in the building and construction industry is vital and that high standards need to be maintained. That is why we employ experienced professionals to act as mentors to our less experienced employees. By being people focussed and ensuring none of our team are left isolated or exposed to work situations where they feel out of their depth, we create an environment of teamwork through personal and professional development.
