I began purchasing investment properties in 2001 and recently purchased a property to fix and rent. We injected double our initial repair budget. As brainstormed ways to recoup our money, I remember PCSing with my family and pets and struggling to find adequate lodging and space for children and pets
I quickly realized renting furnished homes with fenced yards eliminated those pain points for families.
After six months of successfully renting my property, I realized combining whole homes, short-term rental platforms, and innovative technologies improved travel accommodations, mutually benefiting travelers and homeowners.
In 2018, I launched Military First BnB Solutions to help cost conscience travelers and property owners. Military First BnB Solutions rents fully furnished homes for property owners through short-term rental platforms and to travelers during a PCS, extended TDY, vacation, etc. Our homes provide travelers triple the VALUE and COMFORT at competitive rates, full kitchens, fenced yards, and multiple bedrooms.
We operate in 5 cities (Fayetteville, NC; Killeen, TX; Cascade, CO, West Point, NY; and EL Paso, TX). We recently opened a branch in Virginia Beach and look to add multiple properties in the coming months.
