Millathane millable polyurethane is known for its exceptional abrasion resistance, mechanical strength, oil resistance, and ozone resistance, making it ideal for demanding applications. These solid polymers can be easily processed using internal mixers like Banbury® mixers and rubber mills. Our product is available in bales and premilled sheets for convenient processing. We offer 9 different grades of Millathane polyurethane, each with unique properties and characteristics. Additionally, we have introduced a Millathane UV curing system as an alternative to traditional curing methods.
