Milligan's donates thousands of dollars worth of product to culinary schools test kitchens. Milligan's values the farm to table relationship with supplying hundreds of restaurants, bakeries, breweries, and coffee shops. Milligan's sells directly to customers in Ohio; while working with Shamrock Foods in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Idaho. Milligan's has partnered with Performance Food Group (PFG) in Tennessee.
