Million Metre Challenge

I am on a mission to gather 1,000,000 people around the world to join the Million Metre Tribe. A group of people who are on a mission to maximise their potential through a long-term fitness goal which will increase their health, self-discipline and desire to achieve more. In addition and due to my personal heart condition, I hope this challenge raises awareness for Sudden Death Syndrome in which at least 12 young people (that is aged 35 and under) die suddenly every week. That’s 19,231 metres per week As part of the challenge - a growing group of individuals called the Million Metre Tribe and sharing motivational tips, their experiences and often the inability to complete the challenge.
