Miltex Solutions Canada Inc. manufactures, repairs, overhauls and delivers high-performance military textiles to government agencies and private businesses worldwide, while also specializing in research and development. Primary products include personnel and cargo parachutes, customized drone parachutes, shelters, tactical gear, and related mechanisms and devices.
Established in 2014, Miltex is a Controlled Goods-registered company that operates under a proven quality plan. Located just a few kilometers from Canada’s largest military air base in Trenton, Ontario, the company is the nation’s largest military parachute manufacturer. Beyond that, it offers unique product support to the Canadian Military as well as militaries and commercial organizations around the world that require aerial delivery and/or tactical products.
Miltex specializes in customizing kit to suit the needs of all users and their deployment requirements for safety and efficiency. If you require a solution to a deficiency, or desire an improvement to existing kit, we can engineer that for you. Our experts have a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, and we take tremendous pride in the quality of our products and work.
The senior operations management team is led by two Canadian Forces veterans, Guy Plamondon and Rodney Keyes, both of whom possess specialized knowledge of military kit and product requirements. As former members of a preexisting Canadian parachute company, Plamondon and Keyes quickly and efficiently helped build Miltex from the ground up to about 10,000 feet when the current business launched in 2014.
