Milton Transitional Housing (MTH) is a community-based charity that provides bridge accommodation and supportive counselling to those in our community experiencing a housing crisis as they work towards securing stable housing. A healthy community begins at home. There are people at risk of homelessness living in Milton. It provides expert help to families and individuals to help them stabilize their lives, gain hope and move forward with dignity. A key element is supportive counseling to meet short and long-term goals, leading individuals to gradually build independence and return to a stable home situation within 24 months.
