Milton Transitional Housing (MTH) is a community-based charity that provides bridge accommodation and supportive counselling to those in our community experiencing a housing crisis as they work towards securing stable housing.
A healthy community begins at home. There are people at risk of homelessness living in Milton.
We are focused on ensuring that the families and individuals we support in Milton have positive outcomes. Success is seeing our clients graduate to independent living.

Milton Transitional Housing (MTH) program promises much more than shelter to those who are in housing crises. It provides expert help to families and individuals to help them stabilize their lives, gain hope and move forward with dignity.
A key element is supportive counseling to meet short and long-term goals, leading individuals to gradually build independence and return to a stable home situation within 24 months.
Milton Transitional Housing has adopted a two-pronged strategy to meet these goals for our participants:
