מאז חודש יוני 2024, מילומנטור סייעה למאות למילואיניקים בצה"ל ששירתו שירות משמעותי במהלך מלחמת ״חרבות ברזל״ להשתלב בתעשיית ההיי-טק. התוכנית מלווה את המשתתפים באמצעות מנטורינג, מפגשים אישיים וכנסים והכשרות שמועברים על ידי מנטורים בכירים ומנוסים מתעשיית ההיי-טק. Since June 2024, MilloMentor has helped hundreds of IDF reservists who served significantly during the "Iron Swords" War integrate into the high-tech industry.
