At MiMIAT Health we are reshaping chronic care by giving patients ownership of their health data, and making that power free, inclusive, and global. Our multilingual app (iOS & Android), already live across Europe and Kenya, enables patients to track self-reported data such as symptoms, diet, weight, and stool. Soon, it will also integrate wearables and clinical records, building a unified, patient-owned health timeline. This data will be shared in real time with healthcare professionals, enabling earlier interventions, improved outcomes, and proactive care. With our digestive health module currently active, we’re preparing to launch our cardiovascular module next, with other chronic disease modules already in the pipeline. Through upcoming SMS integration, we’re extending access to patients even without smartphones or internet in remote areas. The app is entirely free for patients, as part of our social impact commitment under the Maa Kaali Fund, focused on health equity and dignity for underserved communities.
