Mimir Genomics is a software company aimed at bringing genetic insights into drug affinity to clinicians. In the early stages, we hope to understand the impact of protein mutations on drug affinity using third party molecular modelling software. This will be done throughout an early research phase.
The earliest version of the software will use this new understanding and a patient's genome to make predictions about the efficacy of each of the different drugs available for treating the patient's condition. This list will then be presented to the physician to aid in prescription.
