Mind and Hand invests in real estate and securities, and provides technology consulting services and real estate advisory services. Our technology consulting practice provides services to assist clients at every stage in the technology adoption life cycle, whether they are buying an off-the-shelf solution, building a solution from scratch, or trying to decide whether to buy or build. Our consultants work directly with stakeholders to define requirements, architect and develop solutions using the latest techniques and tools, manage project timelines and teams, and manage stakeholder expectations across business units and organizational levels. Our multilingual team of real estate experts specializes in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities domestically and abroad. We have holdings in the United States, St. Maarten, and Turkey, and are actively pursuing opportunities to expand our portfolio. Our goal is to generate excellent risk-adjusted returns for our investors through income generation and asset appreciation. We provide quantitative research on over 1,200 equities in 168 industry groups. And we provide in-depth qualitative research on the subset in which we are currently or have previously invested. Trading using our research, we have achieved returns of 2.25% year-to-date and 13.41% since inception on our portfolio (as of 4/30/2017).
