So, we believe that we all have strength, courage, and hope inside us but when life throws us challenges and hardships, that positive light becomes a blur somewhere inside us but couldn’t disappear. Our ambition is to promote personal, organizational, and community wellness through mental health education, training, and support. We’re committed to helping you to achieve and maintain optimal mental, physical, and emotional health. We provide Psychological assessment and support to empower people who experience mental health and behavioral issues under the supervision of trained Clinical Psychologists. We believe in and provide the highest quality services. We believe that light and spark in you can become a guiding force to others. We are ready and motivated to create awareness about mental health issues in Pakistan. It’s not something that needs to be hidden or not a stigma.
