And despite the best of intentions, out-of-touch business practices are perpetuating counterproductive cultures. In our hyper-charged world, we are striving for more and more doing, but experiencing less and less being. A fresh approach is required. One that both honours and leverages the mind and body to produce optimal performance, sustainable wellness, and meaningful progress. This is where I step up.
