See my personal profile. I am a Professional Development and Life Coach based in London, and a mum of 2. I built a successful career within IBM and have since developed a passion for helping others navigate life by providing a supportive 1-2-1 environment for positive change. I passionately believe life is not about chasing perfection or status. My hope is that the work I do helps people connect to their authentic self to find more freedom and delight in life. CLIENTS: My clients are high achievers who would like to embark on a different chapter of their life with my support, or who are needing to reorganise their larger sense of self after a big change, such as parenthood. Most have been experiencing stress and worry, and some are feeling stuck. WHO I HELP: I work 1:1 with individuals in various sectors, including fintech, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceutical, fitness, media, retail, and charity. I work with adults of all ages and after my experience at IBM, I have a special interest in helping University Leavers find their next career steps. WORKING WITH ME: My philosophy is based on coaching the person and not the problem. I have a holistic approach that puts YOU at the centre. Whatever your challenge, only two things will get you out: the right actions and the mindset with which you will take those actions.
