Mind Friend

Mind Friend is a free mobile app and mental health platform that was founded to make mental health education more accessible for the community, create safe spaces for discussions on mental health, and combat the stigma of mental health illnesses. We aim to empower people with emotional regulation skills and strengthen their mental resilience using concepts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through thought-provoking prompts. We also wish to improve people’s understanding of mental wellbeing from the educational material on our platform.
