We offer professional qualifications, continuing education and support for (re)entry into the labor market as well as projects, workshops and transnational cooperation in future relevant topics such as digitalization, climate change, sustainability and diversity. - Analysis of service, educational and qualification needs arising from social, labor market and climate change as well as the development of corresponding target group-specific offers. - Strengthening of personal as well as digital and professional skills of disadvantaged groups in our society in order to enable them to actively shape and value their living enviornment. We see it as our mission to give all people the same opportunities to participate in social life, regardless of age, origin, gender, religion, health, ability or level of education. We create offers that promote social inclusion as well as sustainable integration into the labor market and are active in the following fields: - Development of sustainable structures and educational offers in order to achieve a long-term effect in the social challenges described. - Sensitization of all social groups to relevant topics such as social inclusion as well as climate change and sustainability in everyday life and the world of work. - Visualization of the diversity of modern job descriptions and opportunities of digitalization. - Emphasizing the responsibility of every human being for his environment.
