MIND HOUSE was born out of a love for meditation, the need to destress, and the desire to have a little fun – all in a serene space. We host bespoke pop-up guided group meditations, in spaces that breathe comfort, style and quietude. Not your average meditation class, under one roof our expert teachers blend ancient practices with a modern ethos and playful approach. We keep things simple, but potent; serious, but fun. Our themed meditation classes are an easy and powerful way to learn, practice, and experience mindfulness at its best. Our pop-classes are ever-changing – from their themes to their locations. No previous meditation experience needed – just your curious self.
