Mind Insurance offers personal and professional development services, that harness leading positive psychology research, to individuals and organisations. Our main goal is to help guide humans to be better humans. We offer three different products: Consulting and Coaching - our CEO and founder Mel works with individuals and organisations to offer tailored solutions for their needs doing things such as strengths-based development, leadership courses, strategic development, mediation, 1-on-1 coaching, emotional intelligence training and more. Happiness Lab - a personal and professional development platform that uses empirically proven assessments and tools, and provides individuals and organisations with the opportunity to have access to this type of development at an affordable price. Academy (launching late in 2019) - will provide individuals with the opportunity to increase their knowledge in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and flourishing principles.
