We’re MindLevers, a personalized development program to help people managers be the best leader for their team. We provide a 12-week cohort-based development program that includes live sessions, group facilitated discussions with peers, 1:1 leadership coaching, practical case studies, and tactical worksheets that people managers can implement from Day 1. We’re building Mind Levers because we want to build empathetic, growth-oriented workplaces. Our experience has shown us that having great people managers is key to high performance, happiness, and fulfillment. The future of work is about people, teams, and relationships and we want to provide more companies with development experiences that are personalized, accessible, supportive, team-driven, and always evolving.
