Mind Matters Center is a culturally sensitive mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering well-being. As an Asian-owned and women-owned organization, we specialize in providing therapy services that honor the diverse cultural backgrounds of our clients, with a focus on Asian American communities. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, and IFS for individual therapy, as well as Gottman and EFT for couples therapy. We strive to create a safe and inclusive space where young adults, adults, and older adults can navigate their mental health journeys with confidence and support. At Mind Matters Center, we are committed to breaking down stigma, promoting healing, and empowering our clients to thrive. We currently serve clients in Washington and California through accessible and compassionate care.
