Mind Matters specialises in enabling personnel work in a consultative capacity with their clients and stakeholders. We deliver high-quality, customized training through a series of experiential learning workshops across all the core consulting skills, including problem solving, structured thinking, effective data analysis, effective communication, project management and client handling. Since inception, Mind Matters has influenced over 6000 employees across Business / Management Consulting, IT / ITES, Financial Services, Automotive and Healthcare. We work with leading consulting firms and (increasingly) with service companies on developing Consulting Capabilities in their front line personnel. Every Mind Matters faculty has been a front-line business consultant first, handling major client projects.
