Mind Matters More Limited

Welcome to Mind Matters More, where I offer a comprehensive range of integrated, evidence-based mental health care therapies to individuals, couples, and families in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. I am also able to offer online therapy nationwide. Traditionally, we have been told that a healthy body equals a healthy mind but I don't necessarily agree with this statement as I have met many people with healthy bodies who are struggling and I have also met so many people with physical limitations and disabilities who still have amazing fulfilling lives despite their limitations. Stephen Hawking is the perfect example of this, he proved that despite all the physical challenges that he faced throughout his life, he became one of the most famous, the most inspiring, and influential scientists of our time. We have also seen the incredible athletics that took part in the Invictus Games and the Paralympians who have achieved amazing and unbelievable results despite their physical disabilities. Therefore, my aim is to promote healthy minds and to try to make people understand that they need to pay more attention to their minds than anything else does and to focus on our capabilities and strength rather than shortcomings and weaknesses, I would like us to be able to do away with should haves, would haves and could haves and focus our mind on the here and now.
