Mind Moves

A Creative Movement class where children develop ballet-based dance skills through imagination, creative expression, music, stories, poems and props. This class has an element of mindfulness and yoga where children will learn both relaxing and energizing poses and techniques to help with body awareness, emotional regulation, creative problem-solving and listening skills. Come play with us! 3 Age Groups: Baby Butterflies: (1-3 yrs) Parent/Guardian required Friendly Frogs (3-5 yrs) Little Lions (6-8 yrs) Currently teaching at Hillcrest, West Point Grey Community Centre and Westside Montessori School.
