Mind Over Foundation is dedicated to breaking the silence on mental health, supporting suicide prevention, and fostering resilience through movement and community. We believe in the power of physical challenges to strengthen the mind, build deep connections, and inspire action. Through events, advocacy, and outreach, we create spaces where individuals push beyond limits, support one another, and develop the mindset needed to overcome life’s toughest challenges.
