Mind Revolution is a niche leadership consulting firm dedicated to transforming the work experience from the inside out, by partnering with leaders and teams to drive exceptional performance, in a human way. Inspired by Peter Drucker’s message that ‘You cannot manage other people unless you manage yourself first’, we design and facilitate leadership journeys that are both inspiring and experiential. These include reflective learning spaces, where we share scientifically informed best practices, alongside attention-based methods, to drive sustained change. The experiential learning we deploy supports leaders and teams bridge the knowing-doing gap, not just by gaining new knowledge, but by transforming themselves over time. We also provide executive coaching services, applying an approach that at its core creates space, the precursor of greater mental clarity. Our work is informed by systems psychodynamic thinking, an approach that explores the nexus of the relationship between individual, role and organization. By working with what’s happening below the surface, we get clear on how to move from insight into action.
