Support for you, by you. Mind Support is a non profit organization that offers free mental health support. Available in English, German, French, Arabic, Dutch, Russian, Spanish and Swedish. Our mission is to show people that they are not alone in their mental struggles and that there are other people that are or have gone through the same experience. We think that peer support from someone who is an expert from experience is a valuable method to find coping methods and solutions for your mental struggles. This platform is not aimed to treat people's mental health difficulties, but rather supports them in their journey to overcome their problems. Mind Support offers a space for mild complaints as small as mild fatigue, stress or self esteem issues, because we think that every struggle matters. We aim to combat the mental health crisis by filling the gap that the public health sector has left. The public health sector does not have capacity to care for mild cases and often has very long waiting times for therapy. Mind Support can fill this gap by supporting people in overcoming their mild complaints and supporting individuals with severe complaints while waiting for therapy. Lets share our experiences and support each other.
