Mind the Gap Connect is a mental health start-up that provides
services using creative arts therapy. Our organisation is
founded by mental health counsellors, who were international students.
They draw from their lived experience and professional expertise to
design and facilitate services. The services are centred around
enhancing mental well-being, increasing community engagement, and
instilling a sense of empowerment.
Our services include workshops, peer support groups, and online courses. Our journey began with making tailor-made programs and workshops for
international students and we have now expanded our services to entrepreneurs.
