Mind to Mind is a boutique psychology practice located in Bowden, Adelaide. We have a long history of offering clinical mental health and wellbeing services in South Australia under our previous brand - Central Psychology Services.
We aim to connect people to ideas, insights, resources and relationships that help them flourish.
At MtM, we provide a wide range of adult mental health services, with a focus on individual counselling and therapy. We have particular expertise in working with anxiety, trauma, pain and health conditions. We're proud of our interest in working with military, veterans, first-responders, paramedics, police and healthcare professionals - and assisting people to bounce back from burnout, vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue.
In addition to our clinical work, we currently provide Employment Assistance Programs to a number of organizations, with a focus on health, community service and caring organizations.
Our practitioners offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy and Clinical Hypnosis.
Overall, we aim to provide a space for both our clients and staff to connect, learn and grow.
