I’m Melissa, a qualified yoga teacher and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP). I began my journey as a practitioner, working in mental health services in Bristol, specialising working with children and young adults. Personally, yoga has been deeply healing for me, through building my own resilience and providing self-care in my life. I am passionate about supporting my clients to feel empowered in their lives. I believe there is a real need for mindfulness-based practices that develop self-love, allow growth and independence.
