We're on a mission to change mental health for good. Sure, everyone says that. But what are people actually doing? Empty CSR programmes. Box ticking exercises. Ad campaigns telling people to talk more. None of it changes anything. We're launching event-based programmes for industries like construction that will show men how to understand how they feel, how to change their mindsets, how to learn coping mechanisms, and how to look after both their body, and their mind.
