Mind Your Way helps brilliant minds shine in Australian higher education and research. Since 2011, we’ve partnered with individuals and teams at 25 Australian universities to deliver personalised, evidence-informed support that’s driven by an intimate understanding of clients’ needs. Grant support: From intensive one-on-one grant edits to group workshops and online courses, our purpose-built grant support services cater to clients and sponsors’ needs. Coaching: Our coaching services for individuals and groups help clients navigate the promises and pitfalls of academic life by building satisfying careers as leaders in their field. Promotion: In tune with structural and cultural barriers to promotion, we help clients craft stories of performance and impact that support academic advancement. Working with universities and research institutes across Australia, Mind Your Way has supported academics to secure over $100 million in competitive research funding to date.
