Mind and Wellness Center

Mind and Wellness Center is a group psychotherapy practice based in Newport Beach, California, offering in-person and telehealth services throughout the state. We specialize in trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our team of licensed and associate therapists brings diverse clinical backgrounds and a shared commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. In addition to psychotherapy, we are expanding into holistic offerings such as Reiki and mind-body wellness, with the goal of supporting clients in healing not just symptoms—but the root causes of distress. We are proud to be in-network with major insurance providers including Aetna, Anthem, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Evernorth, Cigna, and HealthNet.
