Mind, Brain, Body cic is a community interest company that aims to support young people between 12 to 26 ages. Our purpose is to raise the awareness of mental health issues amongst young people and to support young people to maintain their mental health and overall well-being. As we are just starting, we are aiming to provide safe-online resources for young people with any kind of distress and difficulties, which have an impact on their mental health and overall well-being. We look at the individual as a whole while understanding the importance of the connection between the mind, brain and body. We believe in the power of arts, music and sports in positive well-being.
