We are so immersed in the influx of constant new information and knowledge, that we are now left craving wisdom. The omni-presence of social media has us often unable to stop the automatic urge to compare ourselves to others, leading to frequent shifts in mood. Young adults, especially, often feel as if their minds are like a run-a-way train. Mindcraft is designed to teach you how the mind works so you have a full understanding of why you think, feel, and do what you do. This basic understanding of the mind’s “engine” is the precursor to gaining more control over your life, becoming happier and more fulfilled, by becoming the boss of your brain.
