Mindful Bee creates mindful stories and learning tools for children aged 4–7.
We are two passionate professionals: Stephanie and Belinda, with decades of experience in wellbeing, education, and culture change. We’ve seen the power of mindfulness in shaping emotional resilience, kindness, and calm, and we believe those tools belong in every child’s hands from the very start.
Our first storybook, In the Garden with Mindful Bee and Friends, features our main character Buzzy Bee and their friend Barkly Paws, where together they guide children through fun, meaningful stories that support their emotional development and help them to manage big feelings.
