Mindful Collective

Mindful Collective is about bringing together research and wellness experts to redefine quality of life at work. Together, we design employer wellness programs and manage company wellness initiatives that make an impact. We provide ways for employees to participate in consistent self-care (meditation and movement) practice at work, a place where we spend the majority of our time. How do we do this? We take the time to sit down, talk with and understand your community's current state of wellbeing and any goals or challenges they are facing. Then we use these insights to design and manage a wellness program that is measurable and makes an impact. We know that community is a source of motivation, which is why we design and manage this wellbeing experience at work. It is the perfect environment to learn and adopt positive lifestyle practices.
