Mindful Movement was born out of a deep desire to teach quality movement. We believe in great form, positive encouragement, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you feel you can do anything. In being attentive and aware of what's happening inside your body, as well as what it looks like from the outside we nurture holistic, full mind-body health. In nurturing self-awareness, whether in group sessions, or privates one-on-one, we work together with you to understand what's happening in your body, and help you reach goals ranging from being pain free to attaining peak performance in the circus.
We offer bespoke studio pilates reformer classes, gyrotonic classes, aerial hammock classes, and holistic wellness workshops.
