Mindful Well-being Foundation is a youth and gender unbiased non governmental organisation, improving access to quality mental and behavioral healthcare for children and young people, especially survivors of violence against women and children, homeless, juvenile inmates, people living with HIV and displaced persons.
We are registered with the number 7120524 under the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission in 2023 but been around since March 2020.
We advocate for Violence against children and women, improve overall well-being of our populations through evidence based treatment, research, policy and program interventions.
Our approach CARE, an acronym for Care, Advocacy, Rehabilitation and Empowerment focus on healing, building resilience and helping young people thrive in a digital world to achieve a healthy lifestyle, improve overall well-being, attain equality and peaceful co-existence by reducing violence against children and women.
Our vision is to create a safe, secure and equal community where every child and young people can heal from trauma, become productive t achieve their life goals.
We are very keen on research and translating evidence into practice while focusing on a person centered therapeutic approach and care.
