Mindful Yoga was born out of a desire to provide pure, healing yoga for the community in an intimate, warm and inviting environment. Students come to Mindful Yoga for peace, instruction and knowledge... and leave feeling part of a special community!
Mindful Yoga Studio offers yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and yoga therapy. We are registered and certified with Yoga Alliance and the Internal Association of Yoga Therapist.
