Whether it's a personal or professional challenge, a problem or a goal, our interactive workshops, programmes and 1-2-1 coaching sessions led by trained MindMapper Youth Coaches offer safe spaces for young people to reflect, work through their day-to-day worries, learn about themselves and gain practical skills that they can use to live a healthier life - in school and out. We empower students from Year 10 to University. We work in schools, colleges, universities and youth groups around the world to take their first steps into the world of mental wellbeing and support them with navigating life's everyday challenges. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prior to MindMapper, we ran My Mind Matters Too, a mental health campaign that raised awareness around youth mental health. The campaign was able to impact 35,000 young people across the UK, working with 5 schools, 6 universities, 17 organisations and delivered 15 events. It was also featured in the Guardian, Channel 5 News, BBC London and BBC 1 Extra, One Young World, Student Minds, and The Diana Awards for our achievements in the mental health space.
