Mindom started with the purpose to drive awareness on the actual power we have to impact our lives and wellbeing. We have a passion for business but not at the expense of wellbeing. Our mission is to empower women and specilaized on female leaders and entrepreneurs to master their minds, reclaim their time, and cultivate a healthier relationship with themselves, all whilst excelling in their life and career. We use simple and concrete models in our coaching that are based in neuroscience and research. They are practical, effective and easy. It should be easy to apply to life, not another stress factor. We come from business, understand business and recognize that is is easy to get caught up in work and life when pressure is high, work load is heavy and perceived expectations on delivery and being on the top is always present.
