Our mission is to offer learning opportunities to individuals and teams seeking to increase their insights and understanding around mental health. ✔️Mental Health First Aid Course: Most people are familiar with the idea of physical first aid courses that teach the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies and provide a first aid response across a range of different situations. Mental Health First Aid training adopts a similar approach using a practical, skills-based action plan, participants learn the skills to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis, until professional help is received, or the crisis resolves. Certify your Staff to learn the skills that could save a life. ✔️The Lift Project: This is a Wellbeing program founded by Dr Darren Morton looking to Empower individuals and communities. Focusing on evidence based strategies from positive psychology, neuroscience and lifestyle medicine. This program provides a unique path to mental wellness. ✔️Bespoke Mental Health Workshops: Tailored workshops that improve mental health awareness and the skills to manage as part of a supportive workplace culture.
