In light of growing mental health and wellbeing needs across society, which has most recently come to the fore due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a recognised demand for an affordable counselling service catering to the cultural and religious needs of diverse communities to enable them to thrive. This context has shaped the vision of MindReflex to create a safe place where members of the local community can come for professional and affordable counselling services. MindReflex’s aim is to provide a supportive environment to enable people, particularly from ethnic minority backgrounds, to connect deeply, and navigate life’s challenges. We aspire to achieve this by offering a professional and welcoming community-based counselling service, positively impacting lives throughout the Merseyside region. Vision: to support people become mentally resilient through high quality counselling service in a safe space.
