Mindromeda is the passion project aiming to help people take care of their inner world. We directly address the stigma and misconceptions surrounding mental health and challenge the way people get support to live a decent life. Neglecting basic psychological needs can be extremely easy in today’s fast-paced world, especially since it not something we are always taught or reminded to prioritize. However, taking a step back and focusing on emotional well-being is the key to a full and balanced life. We created Mindromeda, a network of multifarious professionals with interests in all fields of psychology, in order to cover a vast range of coping strategies and daily hurdles. Whether you are experiencing personal life issues or you encounter struggles on a work level, no struggle is too big or too small that we cannot assist you with.
